About Pop Shack:
Vegan,Gluten Free, Nut Free, and Dairy Free Artisan Ice Pops!
My name is Shelley. I am a local native to Palm Beach County, Florida. A couple of years ago I saw an adorable photo on Instagram of a little girl with a yummy looking ice pop in her hand with it melted all over her face. I instantly wondered how she got such a pretty pop. After researching our area for local ice pop makers, I could not find any. How does Palm Beach County not have any artisan ice pop makers? I quickly became obsessed with the idea of making fun popsicles. One idea led to another and soon I was making new flavors with my own recipes every night. After passing them out to my neighbors weekly and having them rank them, I quickly was receiving 9's and 10's. At this moment I knew I had something special.
I quickly got to work designing my logo, stickers, ice pop carts, and t-shirts. Before I knew it, I had a business. Pop Shack was officially launched April 2021 just after the Covid pandemic. Some people think I'm crazy for picking this timing but for me it couldn't be any more perfect. Our ice pops are ALWAYS VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, and NUT FREE! Our ice pops are for everyone to enjoy, even those with food allergies.

Our VEGAN ice pops explode with local flavors that bring your taste buds immediately to the beach. Our flavors are always changing but don't worry, they always come back. We always use organic fruit and organic cane sugar (and don't worry - just a little bit), and fresh organic herbs or flowers. We also try to offer at least one pop that is sugar free. These magical pops will never ever have any artificial colors, flavors, or sugar- no fake sugar here! Only minimal real ingredients that your body will thank you for. That is our promise to you!
